Consulting Phase – During this phase we provide a complete analysis of the project from a Sales & Marketing perspective.  

T.E.A.M. Phase – During this phase we Train, Educate, Analyze and Monitor the staff to ensure they are implementing the plan accordingly. Our goal is to build a winning team.

Project Management Phase – During this phase we have an on-site presence and take direct responsibility for all day to day activity of the project. We remain on-site until project completion.
